Commercial/For Profit WorkAI Policy: I have a strict anti-AI policy. If you profide an AI generated character reference I will refuse the commission and ask that you come back with a ref made by a human artist. If you attempt to deceive me into working from an AI generated image or use my art to create AI generated images, you will be immediately blacklisted.Payment will be received up-front after both parties agree to the sale. Work on art commissions will not be started until payment is confirmed.If at any point Starzaras Atelier chooses not to continue the commission for any reason after the point of sale, the client will be given a full refund.

COSTUME MAKING TOS:

Prospective clients must request a quote before commissioning Star-zaras Atelier. After receiving a quote, the quoted price will be valid for 6 months.Once a sale has been agreed, the client will pay a deposit of 25% of the total price and be placed onto the Star-zaras Atelier active queue. The remaining 75% will then be paid upon completion of the work, before delivery.If at any point the client chooses not to continue the commission after paying the deposit, they will lose their deposit and will not receive any physical materials or work from Star-zaras Atelier.If at any point Star-zaras Atelier chooses not to continue the commission for any reason after the point of sale, the client will be given a full refund of their deposit (25% of total sale price). The client will not receive any physical materials.12 Month Warranty: After receiving work from Star-zaras Atelier, the client is entitled to free repairs within 12 months for failures related to construction issues. Postage must be paid by the client. Extra fees may be negotiated if the suit is exposed to abnormal stress or excessive damage.Right To Repair: After receiving work from Star-zaras Atelier, the client is entitled to make any modifications and repair to their items as they see fit. They may also seek out professional services from other fursuit makers and sewists to perform these modifications or repairs.
